Why Bella Coastal Rentals?

Bella Coastal Rentals, boasts ocean-front access to pristine beaches, a spacious private pool, and multiple bedrooms for kiddos. It’s also dog friendly so your entire family can join in on the fun.

Bella Coastal Rentals boasts a portfolio of 10 stunning homes; ours had 5 bedrooms (4 with king-size beds and private bathrooms and closets) and a massive kids’ room with 3 bunk beds, a bathroom, and a closet.

The home is decorated so tastefully; coastal chic and so warm.

The kitchen is a dream and has anything and everything you could ever need. They’ve equipped their massive kitchen a host could only dream of with a coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, waffle maker, skillet, blender, and more. Every cabinet is full of coastal serving plates, wine glasses, cups, plates, silverware enough for a party, all seafood equipment such as oyster shucking knives, crab and shrimp equipment, chip clips, foil, bags, literally a copy paste of your home plus more.

I was a little concerned having our own pool at the house with the kids but they installed an alarm when a child opens the door so you know your kids are outside. Adults simply push a button leaving. I never had to worry about my three year old going on the pool deck alone. My mind was completely at ease.

They have an elevator to help bring up luggage and groceries up three stories and perfect for my father-in-law with an injured knee. The elevator helped tremendously in loading and packing up luggage.

If you’re planning a bachelorette party, this is where you need to go. but there’s also plenty to do! And so much space and privacy. Each room is giant. If you’re planning a family reunion, work retreat, birthday, or holiday, I found your place.

Bella Coastal Rentals AND the beaches of Cape San Blas are dog friendly. So you can bring your furry family member.

We stayed at the Bondi house with two large decks overlooking the Gulf. Bondi truly captures the essence of all things coastal. The 5 bedroom home has a large, open-concept living and kitchen space boasting spectacular Gulf views. There was enough space for everyone and we never felt overcrowded.

Take a step through the back doors facing the ocean to find yourself in the peaceful, breezy surroundings with an amazing, unhindered view of the Gulf and your own private elevated swimming pool. The kids were in the pool by 7:00 am every morning.

Back inside, the dining and kitchen area has beautiful hardwood floors, modern amenities, and a kitchen featuring a large island, appliances, and quartz countertops. The comfortable, roomy living space is the ultimate gathering spot for entertaining and making memories with friends and family. We made breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 9 people daily.

The first floor has a 2 bay view master suite with a king bed and attached private bathroom.

On the second floor, there are two Oceanfront master suite bedrooms with king beds and attached bathrooms and a charming bunk room with 3 bunks and a full bathroom.

There are 2 full over queens and 1 twin over twin, which can sleep a total of 10 kids! And the room is HUGE!

The most inviting aspect of the second floor is that two of the bedrooms have access to its large deck overlooking the Gulf, while the bunk room has views of the bay. We could drink our coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise. But the sunsets in Cape San Blas were the most magical.

Walk down your boardwalk from your coastal home and you’ll find yourself on the miles and miles of sugar-white sand and pristine blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sunbathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a stroll or horseback rides along the shoreline, you’ll spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. When we returned to our home, they had a private shower to rinse off the sand.

Wireless internet, heating and air conditioning, ice machine on the first floor, and parking for 5 vehicles in the covered parking Garage.

Rinse off the sand with natural extracts and indulgent scents from Molton Brown, my husband’s favorite scent. Blended in England with cosmetic expertise, their products make your post-beach routine a time for indulgence.
